We have begun specialising more in print-related props, such as light boxes, road signs, poster frames and items like sandwich boards and hot dog stands - things we can alter or re brand for a specific job. We have a modern and 'retro' gas station setup, a comprehensive assortment of airport props and signage and a large assortment of roadworks props. An array of European and US street dressing as well as road signs from around the world will assist you in dressing a convincing film set. We have also begun specialising in fabricated 'prop' license plates and have a large assortment for rent. We rent traffic poles with base-plates as well as practical traffic lights, flag poles and street lights - all of which can be adapted to match the particular country which the ad or film is representing.

FIND OUT MORESign Bomb has five large-format digital printers printing on a wide range of flexible substrates like adhesive vinyl, canvas, paper, PVC banner, fabrics and backlight films. Four machines print to a roll width of 1.6 m's with a print / kiss-cut option as well as metallic and white ink on our Roland VS-640i. Our fifth machine prints on 3.2 m wide rolls. This allows us to cover any request from window graphics, billboards, vehicle wraps and branding, posters, banners, flags, wallpaper, lightboxes, hoardings and movie translights
DIRECT TO MEDIA
In addition to our flexible substrate printing, Sign Bomb has recently installed a Ricoh flatbed UV printer which prints directly onto rigid substrates like wood, ceramic, Perspex or glass. It has a print area of 2.1 x 3.5 m's and can print on flat substrates up to 120 mm thick.
LASER CUTTING
Sign Bomb now does laser cutting and our new machine has optical recognition allowing for a print / cut pairing with our flatbed machine; cutting complex printed shapes on materials like wood or Perspex.
VINYL CUTTING AND FLATBED CUTTER / CREASER
We do traditional kiss-cut vinyl lettering with our flexible media cutter as well as print / cut applications with the optical recognition facility. Sign Bomb has a flatbed cutter, also with optical recognition - cutting out direction boards from Correx sheets or box patterns on printed card.
We do things like make up generic packaging and products for film, replicate things like passports, Dutch road signs, wrap double-decker busses, print fake marble, floor tiles and wood panelling for film sets.
We are from the film industry and know what the camera sees. We don’t just make signs, we help to recreate the associative context of the scene, be it period, retro or contemporary. We’re used to getting work out immediately and don’t go home until it’s done. We apply vinyl to road surfaces at 5 in the morning, hang over the side of boats applying graphics. We’re inventive and creative and love finding solutions to difficult filming requirements.
